Mr. Sanjay Dayal is a Tutor in Baking & Pastry at CBHTS FNU Nasese Campus with a deep passion for hospitality and the culinary world. He brings 32 years of extensive experience gained from hotels, resorts, and restaurants both in Fiji and abroad, showcasing exceptional talents in baking, pastries, and cooking skills.
His daily responsibilities include demonstrating pastry techniques to students, teaching the preparation, baking, and decoration of pastry products, cakes, gateaux, and à la carte desserts. Mr. Dayal chose to work with Fiji National University to deliver high-quality learning opportunities to the younger generation, providing fresh ideas and advanced skills training to help students achieve successful career goals in the culinary world. His commitment to education reflects his belief in nurturing the next generation of culinary professionals.
