My culinary journey began with formal education in Hotel and Catering at Tavua College, followed by advanced qualifications including a Trade Diploma in Culinary Arts and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery from TAFE Queensland.

I have worked at esteemed establishments such as Beachcomber Island Resort, Smugglers Cove, and The Motibhai Group, taking on diverse roles from chef to barista and trainer. Recognized for my high standards in food safety, sanitation, and innovative food presentation, I have earned accolades including gold and bronze medals at the Fiji Chefs Competition.
