Brief Biography:
Unaisi Sauvou Bicinivalu is a highly experienced office administration and management professional with over 25 years of service across government, education and legal sectors. Key institutions worked in include the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Heritage, Department of Police, Munro Leys Law, The University of the South Pacific, Fiji Elections Office and the Ministry of Civil Service. Before joining FNU, a role was held as a Trainer and Facilitator with the Ministry of Civil Service, contributing to the professional growth of public service personnel across Fiji. There is passion for mentoring prospective office administrators, especially women, to foster and adapt to the new workforce with the skills and confidence needed to progress from entry-level secretarial roles to coordination and office managerial positions. A strong advocacy exists for capacity building and professional growth, helping prospective administrators realize their full potential in the workplace and beyond for long-term success and balance.
