Brief Biography:
Karishma Kritika is a Lecturer in the Department of Management at Fiji National University. With over eight years of industry experience, real-world insights are brought into the classroom to enhance student learning. Prior to the current role, experience was gained as an assistant lecturer, with active involvement in teaching, student mentoring, and academic coordination.

Various university initiatives have been organized and supported, including international study tours, industry visits, open days, and academic counseling sessions. Strong industry links are maintained to support student attachments and internships. Beyond the university, involvement extends to community work, reflecting a belief in giving back through education. There is a passion for helping students grow both academically and professionally.
