Rajini Kaur is an experienced and enthusiastic academic and professional with over twenty years of work experience in both public and private sectors, including over eight years as a Lecturer in Management. Qualifications include a Master of Commerce in Management & Public Administration from the University of the South Pacific. The professional background is as a Human Resources, Corporate Governance, and Risk Management personnel, bringing extensive industry experience to the academic role. There is a strong commitment to supporting the core business of the College and executing the highest standard of service delivery within the College of Business, Hospitality, and Tourism Services. Areas of expertise revolve around Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations Management, Public Sector Management, Total Quality Management, People Management, Project Management, and Marketing. Professional memberships include the Fiji Human Resources Institute and the Australian & New Zealand Academy of Management.
