Brief Biography:

Mr. Viliame Josua Nanovu brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the hotel industry, encompassing sales and marketing, front office/night audit, and food and beverage operations both in Fiji and internationally. Since joining Fiji National University in 2013, he has dedicated himself to educating students about the nuances of the Fiji hotel industry, leveraging his practical knowledge and passion to prepare the next generation of hospitality professionals.

His comprehensive background across multiple hotel departments provides students with valuable insights into various aspects of hospitality operations. Through his teaching and mentoring, he effectively bridges the gap between industry practice and academic learning, ensuring students develop the skills and knowledge needed for successful careers in the dynamic hospitality sector.
