Brief Biography:

Deepika Joti Maharaj brings 15 years of hands-on experience in the hotel industry, having worked in various reputable organizations across different roles. Her background has provided a strong foundation in hospitality operations, customer service, and team leadership. She is now preparing to begin the next chapter of her career by pursuing further education. Starting from Semester 2, 2025, she will undertake a Certificate in the Teaching of TVET (Level 5) at Fiji National University. Her goal is to transition into a teaching role where she can share her industry knowledge and practical experience with students pursuing careers in hospitality and tourism. She is passionate about lifelong learning and helping others grow professionally.
