Brief Biography:

Alisi Dimuri has been with FNU for 13 years and had started as a Part-time Training Instructor with NTPC based in Labasa. During her time of teaching, she has been instrumental in community outreach in Vanua Levu in reaching out to students who are keen in Tourism and Hospitality practices. As a Training Instructor in Front Office and Customer Relations she has assisted students from diverse backgrounds in their academic performance and training methods. Training methods are usually interactive and engaging setting clear, achievable objectives to incorporating in students’ capabilities.

In 2023 Alisi took up a position as a Tutor in House Keeping & Accommodation Services based at Labasa Campus. Her expertise in this field covers Professional guest room cleaning, Sanitation and hygiene, Customer service, Hotel Front Office Operations and Guest Relations with professional background in hospitality.

Alisi has a strong communication and interpersonal skills that has built rapport to students’ success and wellbeing. She is open to positive criticism, constructive feedback and embarking to working towards the Universities goals and plans.
