Brief Biography:

Nearly 20 years’ experience in the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service, with extensive involvement in border operations, compliance and audit, cargo and passenger clearance, and international liaison. Assignments included postings at major ports and regional stations, with contributions to national committees on trade and border security.

Represented Fiji as the national contact point for Intellectual Property Rights and Strategic Trade Control Enforcement, and engaged in international forums led by the WCO, UN, WTO, INTERPOL, USPTO, OCO, and related bodies. Also served as an in-house training coordinator. Currently holds the position of Assistant Lecturer in Customs, with responsibilities in education, strategic engagement, and capacity development in border management and security.
