Dr. Suesh Kumar Pandey is a dedicated academic and researcher in the field of accounting, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Accounting, CBHTS, Fiji National University, Fiji. With a passion for advancing the understanding of accounting practices, he has contributed to the academic community through a book publication that explores key concepts and emerging trends in the field.
Dr. Pandey is an accomplished academic with over 20 years of experience in teaching and research. He has authored two significant books: 1. Management of Working Capital: Theory, Practice, Application, and Research. This book provides an in-depth examination of working capital management, bridging the gap between theory, practice, and contemporary research.2. Human Resource Accounting in India: Future Prospects for Its Application. This work explores the potential of human resource accounting in India, focusing on its integration into business practices and financial reporting.
In addition to his books, Dr. Pandey has published several research papers in prestigious Scopus-ranked journals. His exemplary achievements in teaching, research, and publications were recognized when he received the Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Lifetime Achievement International Award on December 12, 2020, in Chennai, India.
Dr. Pandey’s research focuses on climate change, sustainability accounting, and the evolving practices of accounting and accountability within organizations. His work also explores the intersection of cultural change and its impact on organizational reporting and governance. He has served as the Acting Head of the Department of Accounting at Fiji National University and as the Head of the Department of MBA at GNIT, Ghaziabad, India further highlighting his leadership and commitment to advancing education in accounting.
