Description: This course is developed with the aim of introducing participants to the field of professional bakery and patisserie .By combining theory and practical applications, bakery and patisserie, Professional will teach you the fundamentals of bakery and patisserie to prepare you for a professional career working in a bakery, pastry kitchen or other baking and pastry products business.

Prerequisite Sentence: The student must have passed form Five [Year 11] or consent from HOS,HOD. For matured students must have relevant number of years industry experience or equivalent.
