Academic integrity is the commitment to and demonstration of honest and moral behavior in an academic setting. At FNU, student academic integrity means acting with the virtues of honesty, trust, fairness, respect and responsibility in learning. As a student it is important for you to act in an honest way, be responsible for your actions, and show fairness in every part of your work.
You maintain academic integrity by being diligent about understanding and following the rules about citations and references, working individually, being well-organised with good time management, and avoiding the temptation to cheat.
Learning with Academic Integrity (LAI) is an optional, non-credit course in Moodle for all FNU students to enable them to better understand academic integrity regulations at FNU.
