He has over 14 years of expertise in food processing and academia. He holds a PhD in Food Technology with a focus on fermented millet-based products and has published extensively on topics like food processing, kinetics, and modelling. Additionally, he provides technical support to international organisations, including FAO, emphasising food security and sustainable practices.
