Do not submit the same abstract for more than one session.<\/li>\n<li>Abstracts, including the list of authors, should be carefully compiled and thoroughly checked before submission to avoid last-minute changes.<\/li>\n<li>The submission of an abstract carries with it the obligation that it is presented at the conference by the author or, at least, by one of the co-authors. If this is not possible, please withdraw your abstract as early as possible.<\/li>\n<li>By submitting an abstract, authors accept the license &amp; copyright agreement and the rules of conduct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Steps to follow for your Abstract Submission<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once you have prepared your abstract according to the above guidelines,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit your abstract via the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSc8WnoJy-NBeO_bRbhxr0e5YnFIu-R4CnvnIgOO413HcvTXnA\/viewform?usp=publish-editor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online portal<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u2022\tAfter submission, you will be notified of the receipt of the abstract via email within three working days.<\/li>\n<li>For abstract submission enquiries please contact:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:PIHRS@fnu.ac.fj\">PIHRS@fnu.ac.fj<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Abstract Submission Deadline<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abstract submissions open on 13<sup>th<\/sup> April 2026<\/li>\n<li>Please submit your abstract before 31<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0July 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Double Blind Peer Reviewing Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review by the PIHRS scientific committee within two to three weeks after its receipt.<\/li>\n<li>Results of the abstract review will be sent to the author within four weeks of submission.<\/li>\n<li>The Conference Chair will make the final decision on abstracts.<\/li>\n<li>Acceptance or rejection of the paper will be sent to you with reviewer comments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please consider the following guidelines, information, tips, terms, and deadlines to facilitate the submission and subsequent follow-up process.
