Brief Biography:<\/strong>
\nReshma Lata has been with the Fiji National University since 2009, beginning as an intern and progressing through various academic roles to her current position as Lecturer with over 15 years of teaching experience. Level 5, 6, and 7 courses have been taught in areas such as human resources, entrepreneurship, and industrial relations. Based at the Labasa Campus, teaching contributions have extended to Nasinu, Namaka, and Ba campuses.<\/p>\n

A Master of Commerce in Entrepreneurship and Business Management is held, along with Postgraduate Diplomas in Entrepreneurship and Business Management and in Management & Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Relations and Management & Public Administration. Areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, SMEs, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, and Industrial Relations.
