The current role is Professor in the Department of Management and Acting Associate Dean Research &amp; Innovation at Fiji National University. An extensive record of research and high-quality publications includes over 100 publications, consisting of 2 books, 2 monographs, and 96 peer-reviewed articles in high-ranked journals. The prestigious Emerald Publishers Award was received in 2014 for the best article in the Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration. Thirty-eight papers have been presented at international conferences, and large amounts of research funding have been secured from overseas donors.<\/p>\n<p>As a dedicated supervisor, a total of 20 postgraduate student theses have been successfully supervised (4 PhD and 16 MCom students), with two students receiving gold medals.
