Brief Biography<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shoma Prakash is an Assistant Lecturer in Accounting at Fiji National University. She holds a master\u2019s degree in accounting and currently teaches accounting to diploma-level students, including 400-level. Her research interests include internal auditing, institutional theory, and the development of SMEs.<\/p>\n

She co-authored the publication “Development of Internal Auditing in Fiji: An Institutional Theory Approach”. In recognition of her academic contributions, she received the Dean\u2019s Special Award. Shoma also actively supports departmental activities, including curriculum support and student engagement. Prior to joining academia, she gained valuable experience in Accounting and Administration across both private and public sector organizations. and contributed to CAANZ accreditation and university consultancy projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
