It is an honor and a privilege to give you an insights and a guided tour in to one of Fiji's first and finest prestigious Hospitality School, especially in the Food and Beverage Department. Message from Head of Acting Department (Front office And Accomodation Management Ni Sa Bula to you all. I extend a warm welcome on the behalf of the Accommodation Operations and Management team of the College of Business, Hospitality and Tourism Studies at the Nadi campus, one of the schools within the Fiji National University. The projected growth in Fiji's Hospitality and Tourism sector and the demand for more rooms has opened the doors for many career opportunities in the service sector. Fiji, being the hub of the Pacific Region, needs to invest in the promotion of its Tourism Industry to increase visitor arrivals and therefore increase the demand for rooms to let. The government is placing priority in the Tourism sector which continues to play an important role in Fiji's economic development, contributing significantly towards income and employment generation both directly and indirectly.
