This five day training program is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge of the roles of the different sectors within the Tourism Industry and key legal and ethical issues that must be considered by the tourism industry personnel in their day-to-day work.

Tour Consultants, Reservations Agents/Consultants, Inbound tour operators, cruise operators, tour guides; Individuals who are considering setting up their own travel business; and anyone interested in inbound travel and tourism field.
