Thank you for visiting the Fiji National University website. This section of the site outlines what you need to know to apply to study at Fiji National University, Fiji's only national University. Visit the area that’s right for you and find information to select your programme of study.

 

All Programmes are available to regional students. Admission criteria for programmes; individuals aged below 23 will be required to present Form 6 or 7 results, individuals above 23 will be assessed under the criteria of mature entrants taking into account their work experience and tertiary education.

Steps to follow:

2. Once you have filled in the application form, you need to post it to Regional Student Application, Academic Office,P.O.Box 7222, Nasinu, Fiji.

You must fill the application properly. Applications will be deemed incomplete if necessary documents are not provided.

 

Once you have been approved for a particular programme you will be given an offer letter with details on:
1. Application number
2. Programme approved
3. Tuition fee structure
4. Application for accommodation

 

Upon acceptance of the offer from Fiji National University the following is required for you to travel to Fiji and for the application of your student permit.

1. Fiji National University Offer letter
2. Valid passport
3. Return air tickets
4. Police report duly signed by your local police
5. Medical report duly signed by your local Doctor


Upon arrival at Fiji National University you will need to present your offer letter to the Academic office for admission purposes. Once you have completed the formalities at Fiji National University you must obtain your student permit which you will need to apply for within the first month of your arrival in Fiji.
